Gestalt Therapy Journey — My 3 Days with Peter Philippson

Such a wonderful British Gestalt therapist — Peter Philippson. šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»āœØāœØ

After spending three days in his intensive training, I once again became certain that choosing to study Gestalt therapy was one of the best decisions of my life. šŸ™šŸ»āœØ

Peter turned out to be an incredibly transformative trainer and therapist for me — simply observing him was no less transformative than participating in the seminar itself. His presence, awareness, and way of being were deeply inspiring.

Watching him awakened new desires and interests in me, for example, to learn the art of Aikido, to spend some time with Zen teachers and masters, and to study Taoism.

I feel that connecting more deeply with Eastern philosophy will beautifully complement my profession and open entirely new dimensions within me.

Now I’m wondering when, how, and where to weave all of this together šŸ˜…šŸ¤ŖšŸ˜ƒšŸ¤©šŸ™šŸ»āœØ
But I have a feeling something very interesting will come out of it in the end 😃😃😃

Big thanks to Sofia Verulashvili for bringing such an extraordinary professional to Georgia šŸ’–šŸ’–šŸ’–šŸ„°šŸ„°šŸ„°āœØāœØāœØ
