Going to The School For The Work of Byron Katie
July 12, 2019
🎶 “Mi-val, mivkvebi gzas...” (Go-ing, following the path)
🎶 “Tavadats ar vitsi ras vpikrob raas...” (I also don’t know myself what I’m thinking about, a-b-o-u-t...)
🎶 “Es melodiea damkveba tan...” (This melody follows me...)
🎶 “Darara darara ra ra ra raa...” 🎶
This song by Mgzavrebi keeps playing in my head along the way...
I’m sitting on the train, thinking... feeling both excitement and a little nervousness. Right now, I’m traveling from Hamburg to Cologne, and then I’ll head to Bad Neuham — where another deep inner journey begins: The School for The Work of Byron Katie.
These 9 days are always so transformative. You don’t just meet yourself — you strip down in front of yourself. You shed the unnecessary — thoughts, stories, identities — all that has been weighing you down. And then, without them, you look at yourself, at others, and at the world again... as if you are being born anew.
You continue to live, but differently — with more clarity, with more peace.
This time, I don’t know where the process will take me, who I’ll be after these 9 days… I simply trust and feel ready to dive into this unforgettable experience.
I feel joy. My whole life, I’ve been walking toward one thing — to come closer and closer to my true self, to return to it, to live in full harmony and alignment with it.
To know yourself, to be honest and gentle with yourself — that, for me, is the most beautiful way to live consciously and share your true essence with the world.
The first time I was in Bad Neuham was in 2016 — and my life changed completely.
Let’s see what kind of experience awaits me this year... 🙏🏻☀️🎈✨
