Jungโ€™s Mandala โ€” Embracing Every Emotion Through Color

April 5, 2020

๐Ÿต This is Jungโ€™s Mandala.

Here are the instructions:

We begin by identifying three emotions that hold us back. Then, we choose three colors โ€” one for each emotion โ€” and color the petals using only those three shades.

After that, we pick other colors for the stems and background and continue coloring.

Once the mandala is complete, we close our eyes, relax for one minute, then open our eyes and look at the mandala again โ€” simply observing what we feel.

In my case, when I finished, I loved how the whole mandala looked โ€” and especially how the petals came alive.

Each emotion, when placed within the full picture, became beautiful and acceptable to me. I realized that these emotions actually add beauty โ€” without them, the mandala wouldnโ€™t feel this alive or complete.

When I look at it now, I see that every emotion deserves to exist.
Behind every so-called โ€œblockingโ€ emotion, there is light โ€” and bright, vivid color. ๐ŸŒˆโœจ
