My 10-Day Challenge After UPW ✨

It’s already day two of following Tony Robbins’ Unleash The Power Within challenge, and for me—as a true foodie—it’s definitely a big challenge 😀🍝🥘🍱🍰🍮🍭🥂✨

For 10 days, the task is to eat only fruits, vegetables, and raw foods. Plus, to drink lots of water—at least 2 liters a day 🥒🍎🍒🍊💦🥦🥑🥗🍋🍏🍌🍍🌶🍅🥝🥒🥕🍓✨

Along with this, we do special breathing practices and physical exercises that Tony and his guest experts taught us during the training 😍😍😍😍. (By the way, I’ll also be including these exercises in my upcoming program “Shine From Within” ✨✨✨).

I first started the challenge right after the training in England, but after two days I realized how hard it was to maintain this kind of diet while traveling. So I promised myself that I’d restart once I returned to Georgia 😍😍😍✨✨✨

Now, let’s see how it goes 😍😍😍✨✨✨

I really want to maintain and grow the energy I unlocked during the training, so that my energy always stays high, powerful, and strong 😍😍😍💥💥💥✨✨✨. This will help me stay more energized, happy, and active—and carry out my plans and projects more easily, energetically, and on a bigger scale, for my good and for the good of the world 😍😍😍

Watching Tony, I realized—it is possible, if we truly commit and work on ourselves, both physically and mentally ☀️☀️☀️✨✨✨
