Returning Home With a Heart Full of Transformation ✨☀️❤️ Study and Work Diaries

Yesterday I returned to Georgia—and I’m also returning here, to this beautiful space of connection with you all 😍☀️❤️✨

It’s hard to put into words the depth of what I experienced at The School for The Work with Byron Katie—attending for the second time, meeting Katie again in person, listening to her, being with her, and learning directly from her. ✨

This year I noticed something new in myself: compared to last year, I felt more open inside, ready to receive more, to learn more, to go deeper into Katie’s words, her presence, even her silences.

Once again, I was reminded of just how powerful The Work is. I feel that every day this tool opens up a vast new space before me—a space of freedom, peace, and joy—where I can notice what was hidden from me before, and in that awareness I find even greater freedom. ✨☀️✨

What excites me most is that I can now share this even more fully—with greater professionalism, with deeper clarity of consciousness, and with all of you.

I don’t even know where to begin—there’s so much I’ve felt, experienced, realized, learned, re-evaluated, and understood. Step by step, I’ll be sharing through my posts, live streams, videos, individual sessions, and conversations with you. ☀️🌈✨

Tomorrow, I’ll begin individual sessions again, bringing directly into my work the fresh insights I received from Byron Katie this year 😍☀️❤️🌈✨

I want to thank each and every one of you for your support—it truly helped me return to Katie, to continue my growth, and to come back ready to give even more. Thank you also for your trust ✨❤️🌈☀️✨
