The feeling of safety… what an interesting thing it is ☺️

Where do we usually look for that sense of safety?
Most often, outside of ourselves — “I want him to understand me,” “I want her to be kind,” “I want them to accept me,” “I want them to like me,” and so on.

Why do we want to receive this from another person in relationships?
Isn’t it because we want to feel safe enough to express ourselves freely?

And what happens when we don’t feel that safety?
Do we start to limit ourselves, lose our freedom, fear rejection, and lose connection with our true selves? Do we stop expressing ourselves?
And what price do we pay for this? ☺️

But what if we could find that foundation within ourselves, and give ourselves the feeling of safety from the inside?
If I had a choice, what would I prefer — to give myself this support and safety, or to depend on others and keep searching outside?

If I keep searching outside, I never come home to myself. I never taste the joy, freedom, and peace that comes from finding this support within.

Who would I be without the thought that others must give me the feeling of safety?
What strength would I find within myself?
How would I relate to other people?
How would I live my life?

These are today’s reflections and questions after a very deep and beautiful session ☺️. I wanted to share them with you too…

I truly love my work, and the depths I get to swim into with my clients. I love witnessing how, after a session, they awaken so much power within themselves and step back onto the shore with a solid foundation ☺️✨

And tomorrow, another beautiful process awaits me — this time shared in a group, with people who will discover this foundation and power within themselves ☺️. I’m already excited, imagining how their lives will transform after this ❤️❤️❤️
