Every Road Leads Back to Yourself 🌸✨

May 26, 2021

You know what I’ve noticed… Since I first created my Authenticity Manifesto — first during a training, and later when I shared it on social media — the very moment I allowed myself to be as I am, I instantly became more accepting and gentle toward others.

These past few days, I’ve been observing: whenever I catch myself forming an opinion about someone — whether critical or judgmental — I pause and gently neutralize it by saying to myself,
They also have the right to be who they are and to do what they want.
And then I feel calm again. 😌🌸

I think that behind our tendency to judge or criticize others lies, in part, the fact that we don’t fully allow ourselves to live the way we want — to be who we are. And when we repress that permission within, we unconsciously limit others with our thoughts, words, and actions too.

In the end… every road always leads back to ourselves.
