Shedding the Weight of False Beliefs πŸ€πŸ•Šβœ¨

May 26, 2021

Have you ever really thought about how many distorted beliefs we carry β€” collected throughout our lives, absorbed like clouds, stuck to us like stickers, strapped to our backs β€” and how heavy, how painful it can be to live under their influence?

Imagine how many stereotypes we’ve become victims of β€” how many of them quietly limit our freedom, complicate our lives, block our potential to breathe freely, to simply be happy, to connect openly and wholeheartedly, to express ourselves, not hide, not feel inadequate, and to finally realize that β€” we are already enough.

Going against yourself β€” against your feelings and your truth β€” is painful.
But the beautiful part is this: when you reconnect with yourself, everything starts to fall into place. The fog clears. Light shines through everything that once felt confusing. You feel freedom, peace, relief, and a quiet joy β€” a sense that there’s nowhere else you need to rush to.

In that moment, time almost stops.
You are in contact with yourself.
And everything is exactly where it should be.

Starting June 14, through The Work of Byron Katie, we’ll spend four weeks exploring painful thoughts, uncovering limiting beliefs, questioning stereotypes, dissolving the ones that no longer serve us, and learning how to breathe again β€” freely, calmly, and peacefully.

Living with that weight is hard...
But living without it β€” is possible. πŸ€πŸ•Šβœ¨
