My Authenticity Manifesto ✨🤍💫
May 24, 2021
A few days ago, I completed a deeply inspiring training on authenticity.
And now, I want to invite you into one of the boldest and most beautiful practices we explored — Manifesto.
We ended the training with this practice, and I felt called to bring it here too — to expand it and invite you to join me.
So here it is — My Authenticity Manifesto:
I am Tinatin.
I have the right to be as I am.
I have the right not to be what I am not.
I have the right to live my life.
I have the right to feel whatever emotions arise within me in the moment.
I have the right to react the way I naturally do.
I have the right not to smile when I don’t feel like smiling.
I have the right to have my own opinion and perspective.
I have the right to like what I like.
I have the right not to like what I don’t.
I have the right to disagree with what I don’t agree with.
I have the right to have my own standards — and not lower them.
I have the right to make my dreams come true.
I have the right to deserve.
I have the right to open up and receive what I desire and what I deserve.
I have the right to make the choices I believe are right for me.
I have the right to protect and honor my boundaries.
I have the right to take care of myself and my well-being.
I have the right to safeguard my inner state, my resources, my energy, and emotions.
I have the right to value myself exactly as I am.
I have the right to be unique in my own way.
I have the right to be silent when I need silence.
I have the right not to be silent when I don’t want to be.
I have the right to feel sad when I’m sad.
I have the right to feel unmotivated when I’m unmotivated — without shame.
I have the right to feel tired when I’m tired.
I have the right to rest when I need rest.
I have the right not to hide when I want to be seen.
I have the right to look and dress however I please — for my own comfort.
I have the right to love what I love.
I have the right not to love what I don’t.
I have the right to say no when I want to — when I feel it’s right.
I have the right not to please everyone.
I have the right not to be liked.
I have the right not to want to be liked or accepted by everyone.
I have the right to express my opinion.
I have the right to reject criticism that doesn’t align with me.
I have the right to feel that I am enough — exactly as I am.
I have the right to be where I want to be.
I have the right not to be where I don’t want to be.
I have the right not to adjust myself for others.
I have the right not to adjust myself for you.
I have the right to disagree with you.
I have the right not to be comfortable for others, if I don’t wish to be.
I have the right to choose and express my inner voice and truth.
I have the right to be bold.
I have the right not to depend on others’ opinions.
I have the right not to depend on others’ judgments.
I have the right to choose the life scenario I desire for myself.
I have the right to let go of beliefs that don’t serve me, that don’t bring me joy, that hold me back.
I have the right to make mistakes.
I have the right to be afraid — and not be ashamed of it.
I have the right not to be ashamed of my emotions.
I have the right not to know something.
I have the right not to be perfect.
I have the right to live by my own rules.
I have the right not to be serious when I’m not serious.
I have the right to be serious when I am.
I have the right for my self-worth not to depend on others’ opinions.
I have the right to say no to relationships that don’t feel right.
I have the right not to fit into others’ standards if they don’t fit me.
I have the right to be playful when I feel playful.
I have the right not to be harsh on myself.
I have the right to be gentle and loving toward myself.
I have the right to give myself time when I need it.
I have the right to rest deeply when I need it.
I have the right to trust life.
I have the right not to complicate my life — and instead, to make it simpler.
I have the right not to tolerate what I don’t wish to tolerate.
I have the right to choose who enters my space.
I have the right to live in abundance.
I have the right to have the body I have.
I have the right to have the appearance I have.
I have the right to have the taste I have.
I have the right to write about what my heart wants to write about.
I have the right not to be lovely all the time.
I have the right to be me.
I have the right to breathe — deeply and freely.
And you too have the right to be who you are — exactly as you are.
If my Manifesto resonates with your heart, take this as your invitation: write your own Manifesto and tag me in your post.
I’ll gladly read it and support you in expressing your truth, your rights, and your authentic self. ❤️❤️❤️
It’s never too late to be brave — and begin living your life.
