Dear friends, I want to introduce my country to you.
And when we meet again, I want you to know what kind of country stands behind me...

I remember, years ago, when I was a little girl studying the history of my country at school, I was so surprised that, with eyes wide open, I asked my mom:
“Wow! How come we had so many enemies that were 10x, 20x, even 100x bigger and stronger than we were? We were involved in so many wars against us — how did we manage to survive? Everyone was trying to capture our tiny country…”

We survived because we loved our country.
Because we had strong faith.
Because we stood by our homeland and by each other.
We were one — one heart, one soul! ❤️

And if we look back at history, even great empires like the Roman Empire couldn’t survive… and yet my little, tiny Georgia did.

I’m proud of my country.
I’m proud of my ancestors who gave their lives for the love of Georgia — so that we could live today, so that we could have our language, our script, and our faith to this very day!

Georgia and its existence are one of the best examples of what love can do.
Love is power!
And when I say those words, I truly mean Georgia — and its history! ✨

We have a 4,000-year-old rich culture that we are proud to share with you — our national music, traditional dances, cuisine, architecture, language, and unique script.

Did you know that the Georgian language is one of the oldest languages in the world?
And did you know that our beautiful alphabet is one of only fourteen scripts in the world — and is even considered the third most beautiful? 😍
