The Heart Always Finds Its Way Back to Love

No matter how much we try to suppress love within ourselves, we can’t truly do anything to it…
Because love is what we are — it is our true nature, our very essence.
It’s impossible to erase what we are.

How can you destroy what you are made of?
How can the source of everything ever disappear?

When we are angry, hurt, or disappointed with the ones we love — our mother, father, sister, brother, partner, or spouse — it’s our own heart that suffers the most…
What actually hurts is that, in those moments, we close our hearts — we shut down, we turn away from our own essence, from who we truly are.
And that… that is the most painful thing of all.
It hurts to close your heart.
It hurts to act against your true nature.

But still — we can’t do anything to stop love.
We can’t break that connection.
Our heart — in its truth — keeps loving. It forgives. It asks for forgiveness.
It accepts everything just as it is.
It cannot not love.

And this love — it is infinite.
It embraces everything.
It heals — and it heals us.

Coming back to this love, opening to it again, is a return home — a return to ourselves.
And nothing else can give us the same joy as that reunion with our own essence.

Because in love — every problem becomes solvable.
