This visualization board was born yesterday during a beautiful 5-hour group art therapy session — such an inspiring process filled with color, reflection, and energy ❤️❤️❤️☀️☀️☀️✨✨✨

There’s so much vibrant energy coming from this painting that I named it “Life.” 🎉☀️🎉☀️✨

And right in front of me — my favorite view from the window. Watching the trees move and hearing the soft rustle of leaves feels like a living meditation, pure joy and calm. 😌🌿🍃✨
