When an Organization Truly Understands Its Mission

What an incredible organization Byron Katie International is. I just can’t keep my admiration to myself :))) ❤

So organized, so established—there’s nothing they haven’t thought of… :)) ❤

We’ve just begun working together on the project of translating Byron Katie’s freely available resources into Georgian. To ensure the translation is as precise and high-quality as possible, they sent me a special document—just the instructions alone take up at least 5–6 pages! It carefully details how the translation should be done and what I need to consider, so that every person who reads it in Georgian can truly feel what Katie wanted to express ❤

I honestly didn’t know such thorough, detailed instruction manuals even existed for something like this :))) ❤

As I read through it, everything is infused with such responsibility, care, love, and attention to detail… ❤ And it’s contagious ❤

For me, being part of this project is an absolute joy. I’ll do my very best to translate each sentence with love and deep dedication, so that Katie’s message comes through in Georgian in the clearest, most helpful way possible ❤ ❤

Every single team member I’ve spoken with so far—those I’m working with directly now and others I’ve met along the way—radiates the same love for this organization and its mission. Each one of them carries this mission with full awareness and responsibility. Working with them, and getting a glimpse behind the scenes at Byron Katie International, has been such a source of comfort and delight ❤ ❤ ❤

Once again, I realize how essential it is for an organization to have a deeply embodied mission—and for every single employee to carry that mission within them consciously ❤ And also, how important it is to approach every detail with seriousness, responsibility, and to uphold world-class standards ❤ This is so admirable, worthy of respect, and inspiring to follow ❤

I also know, from my mentor Mykola Latansky, that Byron Katie’s trainings are among the most highly organized in the entire world. It will be so fascinating and valuable to observe this firsthand too—and I’ll be sharing my impressions with you, alongside all the other knowledge, experiences, and insights I’m gathering ❤ ❤ ❤
