At The School for The Work, Katie showed us through a beautiful metaphor what it truly means that the world around us is our mirror and our reflection. I’d love to share this with you too ❤️
When we stand in front of a mirror and move our hand, the reflection moves exactly the same way. If we step aside, the reflection steps with us.
Life works the same way. When something shifts inside us, the same shift happens in the outer world. Whatever is within us is always reflected outward. The inner and outer world are always in balance. If we see chaos outside, it means there’s chaos within. And when our mind is calm, clear, and bright, it perceives clarity and light everywhere—even in situations that may look chaotic on the surface.
If our life doesn’t feel fulfilling or the way we wish it to be, we can always change it fundamentally—when we begin the change from within ❤️✨. It’s such a beautiful process—every time, you feel yourself becoming lighter, as though you’re dropping a heavy burden you’ve carried for too long. Freedom, harmony, and inner peace take root inside ☀️☀️☀️
When we don’t work on ourselves and instead search for answers outside, we stay trapped in a closed circle, spinning around for years—wasting energy, time, and precious years. We attract unnecessary struggles and spiral downward.
But the moment we take responsibility for ourselves and our lives, that circle breaks open, and positive, joyful changes begin to flow into our reality ❤️❤️❤️
